1. The basics

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) form an agreement between you and Nuvio (“Nuvio”, “we”, “us”) governing your access to and use of our website, products, and services (together, the “Service”). If you don’t agree to these Terms, please don’t use the Service.

2. Your account

You need an account to use most of Nuvio. You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. Let us know right away if you suspect any unauthorized use.

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country, if higher) to use Nuvio.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to break the law, infringe someone’s rights, or send spam, harassment, or abusive content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, except where the law expressly allows it.
• Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit the Service without our written permission.
• Interfere with the Service’s normal operation, attempt to bypass rate limits or security controls, or use it to attack other systems.
• Use the Service to deceive, impersonate, or astroturf on Reddit or any other platform.

4. Reddit and other third-party services

Nuvio surfaces public Reddit content and helps you craft replies, but we don’t post on your behalf — you do. When you post on Reddit you’re bound by Reddit’s own User Agreement and Content Policy. You’re responsible for following the rules of every subreddit you participate in. Spammy, low-effort, or rule-breaking replies can get your Reddit account banned, and we can’t prevent that — please use Nuvio thoughtfully.

Nuvio is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Reddit, Inc.

5. AI-generated content

Nuvio uses AI models to suggest subreddits, score posts, and draft replies. AI output can be inaccurate, biased, or out-of-date. Always review what the AI produces before sending it. You’re responsible for what you publish using Nuvio.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to Nuvio (your website URLs, descriptions, custom prompts, drafts, etc.). You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, and display that content solely so we can provide and improve the Service.

7. Subscriptions and payments

Some features of Nuvio may be offered as paid plans. Pricing, billing cycles, and any free trial details will be shown at checkout. Unless we say otherwise, fees are non-refundable. You can cancel a subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

8. Intellectual property

Nuvio, including the website, product UI, illustrations, logos, and underlying code, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.

9. Feedback

If you send us suggestions or ideas about the Service, we may use them without restriction or any obligation to compensate you.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We don’t guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will produce specific business results, including any number of leads or sales.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nuvio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim under these Terms is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid Nuvio in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) US$50.

12. Termination

You can stop using Nuvio at any time by deleting your account. We can suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that creates risk for us or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (for example, ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we’ll update the “Effective” date and, where appropriate, notify you in the product or by email. Continued use of Nuvio after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Nuvio is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If a court finds part of these Terms unenforceable, the rest still applies.
