Terms of Use
Effective June 23, 2026
These terms cover your use of Nuvio. By creating an account or using the product you agree to them — so please give them a quick read.
1. The basics
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) form an agreement between you and Nuvio (“Nuvio”, “we”, “us”) governing your access to and use of our website, products, and services (together, the “Service”). Nuvio is a bio automation service for X (Twitter). You connect data sources such as Stripe, Google Analytics 4, and Google Search Console; Nuvio fetches aggregate metrics and updates your X bio on a schedule you choose, using templates you control. If you don’t agree to these Terms, please don’t use the Service.
2. Your account
You need an account to use most of Nuvio. You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. Let us know right away if you suspect any unauthorized use.
You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country, if higher) to use Nuvio.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to break the law, infringe someone’s rights, or publish misleading, harassing, or abusive content through your bio.
- Connect X accounts or third-party services you don’t have permission to use, or share API keys or OAuth access with others.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, except where the law expressly allows it.
- Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit the Service without our written permission.
- Interfere with the Service’s normal operation, attempt to bypass rate limits or security controls, or use it to attack other systems.
- Use the Service to deceive, impersonate, or misrepresent metrics or affiliations on X or any other platform.
4. X and other third-party services
Nuvio updates your X bio on your behalf when you connect an account and enable sync. You authorize us to read and update the bio on each X account you connect. You’re responsible for the content that appears in your bio, including the templates and metrics you choose to display.
When you use Nuvio you’re also bound by the terms and policies of the platforms you connect — including X’s User Agreement and rules, Stripe’s terms when you provide an API key, and Google’s terms when you authorize OAuth access. Violating those rules can lead to restrictions or suspension of your accounts on those platforms, and we can’t prevent that.
Nuvio is not an official X integration and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by X Corp., Stripe, Inc., or Google LLC.
Third-party APIs change, rate-limit, or go offline from time to time. When that happens, syncs may fail or pause until you reconnect an integration or we restore compatibility. We’ll try to notify you when action is needed (for example, when X OAuth needs to be refreshed).
5. Bio templates and automated updates
You control the bio templates, sync schedule, and which metrics appear in each connected account. Nuvio inserts aggregate numbers from your connected services into those templates — for example, Stripe revenue, GA4 sessions, or Search Console clicks.
Metric values come from third-party APIs and may be delayed, rounded, or temporarily unavailable. Nuvio skips a bio update when your numbers haven’t changed, but we don’t guarantee that every sync succeeds or that displayed figures match what you see in Stripe, Google, or X at any given moment. Review your templates and sync history periodically to make sure your bio reads the way you intend.
X bios are limited to 160 characters. If a rendered template exceeds that limit, the update may fail until you shorten the template.
6. Your content
You retain ownership of any content you submit to Nuvio (bio templates, product names, integration settings, and similar configuration). You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, and display that content solely so we can provide and improve the Service — including posting rendered bio text to X on your behalf when sync is enabled.
7. Subscriptions and payments
Some features of Nuvio are offered as paid plans. Pricing, billing cycles, and any free trial details are shown at checkout. Unless we say otherwise, fees are non-refundable. You can cancel a subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Connecting Stripe for metrics is separate from paying for Nuvio. Your Stripe API key is used only to read revenue totals for your bio — not to charge you for Nuvio subscriptions.
8. Intellectual property
Nuvio, including the website, product UI, illustrations, logos, and underlying code, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.
9. Feedback
If you send us suggestions or ideas about the Service, we may use them without restriction or any obligation to compensate you.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We don’t guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will produce specific business results. Sync failures, third-party API outages, expired OAuth tokens, and platform policy changes can all affect whether your bio updates on schedule.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nuvio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service — including any action taken by X or other third parties against your connected accounts. Our total liability for any claim under these Terms is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid Nuvio in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) US$50.
12. Termination
You can stop using Nuvio at any time by deleting your account or disconnecting integrations. We can suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that creates risk for us or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (for example, ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we’ll update the “Effective” date and, where appropriate, notify you in the product or by email. Continued use of Nuvio after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Nuvio is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If a court finds part of these Terms unenforceable, the rest still applies.
